Myriam Myrick Warner, 61, of West End, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

A graveside service will be held Friday (today) at 11 a.m. at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Dana Brewer officiating.

A native of Moore County, Mrs. Warner was a daughter of the late Burney and Johnsie Steele Myrick. She retired several years ago as secretary to the chief at Aberdeen Police Department.

Mrs. Warner is survived by her husband, John W. Warner Sr.; her daughters, Pam Drake of Pittsboro, Angela Byrd and her husband, Danny, of Pinebluff, Gwen Fletcher and her husband, Jim, of West End; her son John Warner II and his wife, Tonia, of Biscoe; her sister, Cassie Lehr and her husband, Jay, of Southern Pines; and 12 grandchildren.
