S.P. Police Arrest Three In Downtown Break-In

The Southern Pines Police Department has made four arrests on charges of breaking and entering after a June 20 incident at Terpsichore dance studio in downtown Southern Pines.

Eric Wind of Southern Pines, Lindsay Farwell of West End, Martaveous Kelly of Southern Pines and Howard Rogers of Southern Pines all were taken into custody without incident, according to a report from the Police Department. They were jailed under $7,500 bonds, pending a scheduled hearing June 29 in Moore County District Court.

On June 20, a resident reported suspicious activity around the business, the report said.

Responding officers from the Southern Pines Police Department investigated and determined that a break-in had occurred at Terpsichore. The investigation, led by Master Police Officer Jack Austin, led to the arrest of the four suspects.

Terpsichore is located at 176 NW Broad St.
